You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use OriCrown. We carry out mandatory identity verification on all accounts. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active OriCrown account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited in line with our anti-fraud policy.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x, depending on the promotion. Bonus funds and winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until requirements are satisfied.

Age Verification: OriCrown takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. All funds in such an account will be frozen pending investigation and returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any winnings, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. OriCrown reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active OriCrown account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Before any withdrawal is processed, OriCrown is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You will be required to submit:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. OriCrown will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
OriCrown accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, USDT, and BTC. Supported methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard accounts, subject to applicable AML thresholds and responsible gambling limits you may have set on your account.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. OriCrown is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems outside our control.
All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. Deposits made in other currencies (e.g., USDT, BTC) will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates are determined by OriCrown and may include a processing margin.
Players must only deposit funds that legitimately belong to them. The use of credit cards that are not in your name, funds sourced from criminal activity, or funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests for amounts below this threshold will not be processed.
OriCrown targets the following processing timelines, subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding compliance flags on the account:
Processing times may extend during peak periods, bank maintenance windows, or where additional compliance verification is required. OriCrown does not guarantee these timelines and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. OriCrown reserves the right to use an alternative verified method at its discretion, particularly where the original method is no longer available.
OriCrown reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: pending completion of KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; ongoing investigation into account activity; or outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible registered Players who satisfy the specific conditions applicable to each offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional bonuses are available only to players making their first qualifying deposit and are subject to a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-payment-method restriction.

Where a wagering requirement applies, the Player must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any funds attributable to the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, progressive jackpots, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
Any Player found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Players — will have their bonus forfeited, their account suspended, and any associated winnings voided.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the promotional validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. OriCrown will publish the expiry period for each promotion in the applicable promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each Game, the applicable sports betting rules for each market, and these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific game rules shall prevail, followed by these Terms.
Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other competitions offered — are governed by the OriCrown Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Pre-match and in-play markets are clearly distinguished. OriCrown reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that have been suspended, incorrectly priced, or affected by a technical error.
All random number generator (RNG) casino games on the Platform use certified RNG technology from accredited third-party providers. Published RTP percentages reflect the statistical return over the long term and do not guarantee individual session results. Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results.
Live casino games are streamed in real time. Technical interruptions during a live game session may result in a hand or round being voided in line with individual game rules. OriCrown is not responsible for interruptions caused by the Player's internet connection or device.
Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. OriCrown reserves the right to cancel a bet if it was accepted in error, placed on a suspended market, or priced due to a manifest technical error in the odds feed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the OriCrown brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data compilations, and associated materials — are owned by or licensed to OriCrown. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without OriCrown's prior written consent. Scraping, data-mining, or systematic downloading of content from the Platform is expressly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OriCrown's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their OriCrown account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting OriCrown customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of void bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC verification and any outstanding withdrawal processing requirements.
OriCrown reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; failure to pass KYC verification; or direction by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, OriCrown reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance in the account.
Upon termination of an account, all outstanding bonus entitlements, unredeemed loyalty points, and promotional eligibility will immediately lapse and will not be compensated. These Terms shall survive termination to the extent necessary to give effect to outstanding obligations and rights.
OriCrown reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including amendments that affect Player rights in respect of withdrawals, bonus terms, or account eligibility — OriCrown will provide at least 14 days' notice via the Platform interface or email before the amendment takes effect, except where an earlier effective date is required to comply with a regulatory obligation or legal requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which OriCrown holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to OriCrown's customer support for resolution through internal escalation procedures.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within 30 days of formal written notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
